The University of Lagos and the African Research Universities Alliance (ARUA) are set to launch two new ARUA Centres of Excellence in the university.
The centres are:
  • ARUA Centre of Excellence for Urbanisation and Habitable Cities in Africa.
  • ARUA Centre of Excellence for Unemployment and Skills Development in Africa.
The two-day event will also include a Research Agenda-Setting Workshop, and details are as follows:

  • Dr. Sunday Adebisi                                                                      (Founding Director, Entrepreneurship and Skills Development Centre.) on “Entrepreneurship Roadmap in UNILAG: The Journey So  Far and the Future Ahead.”
            &
  • Gbenga Nubi (Founding Director, Centre for Housing and Sustainable Development) on “Funding Housing Delivery in Nigeria through Three Real Estate Investment Portfolios: REITS, Real Estate Restricted Portfolios, and Asset-Backed Bonds/Sukuk.”
